1. Should have earned a passing grade in all subjects of his major field     2. Should not have failed more than 3 times in any one subject in his major program     3. Should he fail the subject the third time, the student should be advised to see the Dean for possible change in curriculum and/or arrangement for extra tutorial work     4. Should not have more than 3 failures per semester in a regular 18 units load
