West Negros University Integrated School adopts four grading periods for the entire school year. Periodic examinations are given for each grading period. Weekly test are given every Monday. Quizzes are also given from time to time.

            No permit, no exams.           

Students and pupils who are not able to take examination on the day as scheduled with a valid reason shall be given special examinations is 85% except for special exams due to illness.

All transactions related to tuition fees must be done through the Business and Finance Office.

            No special examination will be administered seven (7) school days after the exam date. Failure to comply with this requirement means grade for the grading period will be computed accordingly without exam result. In case of illness, special examination will be administered three (3) days after reporting to school.

            Students/pupils with test permits who intentionally refuse to take the exams on scheduled dates for not being prepared will not be allowed to take any special exams.  He / She will automatically be given a score of 50%.
