Take the OLSAT/NAT/TAT and English Placement Test
(EPT) scheduled by the Guidance Services Center (GSC)
and the Center for English Language and Literature
respectively, upon presentation of the following documents:
1.1 Official Form 138 signed by the Principal
and marked "Graduated/Eligible
for Admission to College"
1.2 Certificate of good moral character from
the Principal. Police clearance
may be required when deemed necessary
1.3 For copies of 2" x 2" recent picture
1.4 Certified true copy of birth certificate
(if alien, authenticated ACR)
1.5 Medical Certificate signed by the College
Physician as recommended
by the dean.
TRANSFER STUDENTS - All transferees
must see the Admission Officer for interview and submission
of the following:
2.1 Transfer credentials from school last attended
2.2 Copy of transcript of records for evaluation
2.3 Certificate of good moral character from
guidance personnel or College
Dean from school last attended.
2.4 For public school teachers/government employees
a permit to study
from the Division Superintendent/Chief of Office
is
required.
2.5 Four copies of 2 x 2 colored recent picture.
2.6 Police and NBI Clearance when deemed necessary.
2.7 Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
(if Alien, authenticated ACR)
RETURNING STUDENTS
Those previously enrolled in the College and after
having enrolled in other college/schools would like
to return to West Negros University. They are considered
transferee students and should meet the requirements
for admission required of the same.
RESIDENT ALIENS, NATURALIZED FILIPINOS AND
STUDENTS WITH FOREIGN NAMES
4.1 Filipino-born alien students must submit
a photocopy of their Alien Certificate
of Registration (ACR) and Native Born Certificate
of Registration
(NBCR) duly certified against the original by the Regional Director, NCSO, Region VI -
Western Visayas.
4.2 Children of Naturalized Filipino Citizens
must submit a photocopy of
Identification Certificate issued by the Commissioner
of Immigration,
certified against the original by NCSO, Region VI
- Western Visayas.
FOREIGN STUDENTS
Overseas students should apply for admission to the
College Registrar much earlier than the period of
admission set for registration of the semester/term
desired. A complete copy of the official transcript
of high school and college records should be sent
with the application. (New Executive Order No. 188
dated July 19, 1996).
OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE
ADMISSION OFFICER/DEAN:
6.1 Contract between parents, students and the
school Administration (for
transferees, returnee and continuing students who
are on academic/disciplinary
probation).
6.2 Police/NBI Clearance.
6.3 Medical Certificate signed by the school
Physician.
