The
success or regress of an institution greatly depends on
its human resources. West N egros University and the
Human resource Development Office are so thankful to the
many important contributions made by the members of the
Wesnecan family. The dedication and professionalism that
each of you brings to your work create an impact to the
whole organization.
As a
Christian institution, West Negros University is
committed to provide excellent education that is
Christian in orientation gearing towards the total
development of a person. Let’s put the Vision, Mission
and Objectives not only in our minds but in our hearts
so that wherever we go, we will emit the spirit of West
Negros University who began its life at 60.
As a
segment of the management team, our office is committed
to recruit, retain and reward outstanding and performing
employees. On the other hand, we are committed also to
regularly evaluate the performance of those existing
ones so that we could meet our vision for 2012.
